Kitchen Renovation Ideas

When starting the kitchen renovation process, it is important to know what your kitchen is going to be used for and how you would like it to function. The two most common issues customers have with their current kitchens are the lack of storage and functionality.
A kitchen design should focus on your needs and ultimately provide you with as much storage as possible.
One great way to gain extra storage is to include wall cabinets that are installed to the ceiling, leaving no unused space at the top of your cabinets; commonly known as a “dust collector”. It may seem like the cabinets are going to be too high to reach and will go unused but it is a great place to store items you only need to access once or twice a year.
Another great way to improve storage is to include a pantry cabinet into the design. Pantries are a great way to add functional storage. Upgrading standard shelves into roll outs will allow you to pull shelves out for complete visibility of all contents.
Our choice of appliances can also add to the functionality of the space. Instead of incorporating a stand – alone range, why not replace it with a wall oven and counter cooktop. This will free up the space under the cooktop for additional drawers, which are the ultimate storage solution in any kitchen.
